On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Some pine and resin on the nose. Flavour has pine, chewy malts, some resin. Pretty muddled. It's okay.

Fairly clean, bight yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average head and some foamy lacing streaks. Mostly lemon zest aromas with the sharp notes, over a straw malt base and hints of herbal spices. The taste shows the lemon zest, peel as well with its bitterness and nice dryness in the end. This lingers. A nice IPA that says West Coast-style, but other than not being juicy, and more hoppy - it is more on the citrus side of North East, than the grassiness. Kind of a citrusy hopbomb.

On-tap: Poured a clear yellow/orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light bitter undertones and some grapefruit notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some bitterness and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable classic West Coast IPA.

On tap at la Drive, pours a murky yellow with a small white head — this is a west coast style? Aroma does smell more like a west coast, with bitter piney hops, touch of dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly bitter, with assertive piney hops, some powdery character that is reminiscent of lupulin powder, and earthy bready malt. The clarity isn't great, but there's definitely a more west coast hop expression. Decent.

O:7.1 V:3.4 G:8.25 C:3.35 O:15.875 T:37.975
A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, light citrus. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.
