Can: Poured an orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light malt notes and some light bitter notes is also noticeable. Taste is a mix of bitter notes with some citrusy hops notes and a dry finish with light malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable West Coast style IPA with a nice balance of flavors and some bitterness.

Dégustée le 29 mai 2022. Olfactif à dominance d’agrumes aux allures de pamplemousse sur une base de malt biscuit et d’un soupçon d’alcool. Mousse de taille moyenne et de moyenne persistance sur un liquide doré et très flou. En bouche, un début d’agrumes mais rapidement une amertume prenante et saisissante prend le dessus, amenant une finale sèche, âpre et astringente. L’amertume est vraiment à haut débit.
