Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours murky yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, fairly green, some pale bread, ripening citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Citrus and green raw hops to finish. Not bad.

1st August 2023
GBBF Day 1. Cask. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, sweet enough. Hops are floral fruity and candy fruity, seems to be dominated by modern Mosaic. Whisper of blueberry it you are looking for it. Fairly dry finish. Pleasant but a little dry.

Canned 12/2/21, drunk 1/12/22. Thickly turbid/hazy, bright, nectarine-blonde-golden with a large, white head that shows good retention. Some earthy/leafy/mineral-rich motueka is apparent, alongside lovely tangerine and orange juice with minimal undesirable qualities you usually get from Mosaic (dirt, resin, stale citrus). Malts seem sparse, but there is some substance to it as there's no twang or heavy pine-like quality, which I assume is soaked up/balanced. No alcohol noted. Juicy and soft with lots of tangerine, papaya, mango, nectarine - all sorts of tropical and citrus fruit complexity, and this at over a month of age (this was from the cooler, however). Some diacetyl is apparent, but just light enough to not really bother. Soft and malty with great attenuation, juiciness, complexity and balance. Especially at only 4.9%. Very nice stuff, will definitely try more from this brewer.

16oz can pours a lightly hazy gold with some frothy white head. Nose has flowers, herbs, honey, some citrus. Flavor has lemon lime soda, herbs, grass. Finishes dry. Forgettable.

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy beige head. Cascading lace. Bright citrus hop aroma hints at lemon and mango. Fresh lemon on palate. Added notes of pineapple, kiwi and grapefruit. Nice flavor. Bitter hop finish.

100th Pale Ale - American rating! Pours a hazy dark straw from a can. Aroma of citrus fruits, Southern Hemisphere hops. Flavor lightly the same, but not strong and somewhat watery. Okay beer.

Can from Craft Beer cellar Belmont Lightly hazy light golden color with a frothy white head that persists. Earthy grassy citrus and tropical fruitiness on top of a bready mineral water base. Pretty nice beer.

4 oz. draft sample. Flavor has: light citrus, mild herb, maybe melon. Soft bitterness and light oats and wheat character. Pretty much what you would expect in a APA.
