Bottle from Moonshine Billy's off licence Ramsgate. Aroma of different yeasts. Some grape fruit comes through. In the mouth it's better. Good brett in mouth, some biscuit. Good white grape in the mouth. Chardonnay? Yes some butter in there. Some melon. Some hop on the finish. Tasty enough. I liked the flavours, some sourness. Enough chardonnay character to hold it all together.

Craft Islington bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Nice tangy white wine, not too sharp. Mild fruits and a mellow savoury brett finish. Nice.

Bottle at CBC Islington, big thanks to Dan! It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma is musty, farty, dirty, white wine, vinous, gooseberry, vanilla, dampness and sweat. The taste is dry, bitter, tart, tangy, pickled onion, white grape, musty, funk, bread and a touch of acidity with a dry, bitter funk finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Initially it is quite farty, but thankfully that dissipates after a while. Fun nonetheless.
