Cask at the Pocket, Islington on 23rd August 2025. Clear gold with shallow whitish foam and spot lacing. Malty aroma with floral hops. Fruity in-mouth with ripe berries. Fruity end with tangy citrus and re-emerging maltiness. Smooth mouthfeel and a light body. Pleasant though on the sweeter side.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours clear gold with a billowing, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with easygoing pale biscuits, a little dough, faint yeast, hay. Light bodied with active carbonation. Decent balance to finish, crisp pale malts, biscuits, light bitter straw and grass. Fine and drinkable.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A bright amber pour with a loose white head; floral aroma with some tangerine; sticky in the mouth, very floral and dry, dry, dry; then finally a touch of sweetness to round things off. Not at all what I was expecting; quite disturbing really.
