330ml bottle. Minimally milky, copper-ish, pale golden colour with a ring of white bubbles adhesive to the bezel. Tangy, slightly funky, minimally fruity aroma, hints of vinegar, a touch of brine, mustard seed, algae; fruity flavours are strongly connected to the vinegar notes. Taste is rather mildly tart, fruity, citric and lactic, notes of unripe red and blue berries, some lemon, lemon juice, a touch of mild sauerkraut, maybe silica. Mild and soft, nicely balanced, runs almost diametrically against the expectations elicited by a rather tang nose.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Redchurch Urban Farmhouse On Skins: Blueberry ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart blueberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, candy blueberry, yeast, tart, funky. 330ml bottle. Pours a glowing rosy orange, thin white head. Aroma of light sour funk, faint berries. Taste is crisp, light musty sour funk, soft acidity with a very soft berry presence, perhaps more red hedgerow berries than blueberries. Crisp, lightly tart fruit sour.

Beavertown Trillium TTO. Keg. Hazy pink beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry. Nice lightly tart blueberry with other berries underneath. Floral berry fruits. Some distracting forced sour yogurt in there but over all not too bad.

Bottle at home, from HB&B. A light hazed dirty peach coloured pour with no head. aroma is tart cherry, acid, low vinegar, cactus, blueberry, pinch of salt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sour, yogurt funk, smoed cherry, blueberry fruit, pear, low phenol. Palate is tart mellow pucker, medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Lingering spicy tart.

Bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours hazy hibiscus pink with minimal head. Aroma is acidic, funky, musty, fruit pie. Taste is crisp, dry, tart, blueberry, blackberry, bright acidity, grape skins, touch of wood & some funk with a dry finish. Medium body with soft carb.

Keg at Casc. It pours hazy pink - purple with minimal head. The aroma is funky, musty, tangy, sweat, blueberry muffin, fruit pie and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, good mouth - feel, blueberry, blackberry, bright acidity, grape skin, granny smith apple, oak and some funk with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Tart, fruity and quaffable. Good one.
