Bottle picked up from Wine Rack at Yarnton Nurseries, Yarnton, Oxon, consumed at home cooking, a lamb curry as well as Lemon Meringue Ice Cream. Sunday 25th June 2017. Very much like the previous BBNO beer this pours a hazy lemony colour, with a slim white rim of bubbles. I am getting a touch of pineapple, not too pushy it’s very subtle but noticeable, a touch of lemon also, really good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is rustic light grainy, doughy wheat, little farmyard, zesty lemon, and grassy. Little cow pat on the nose (in a good way.) Flavour is composed of nice rustic base malts, wheat and oats, spicy citrus hops with mellow grass and tropical notes. Palate is crisp and grainy, with frothy mellow carbonation. Good stuff. Lingering fresh citrus.
