This kettle soured collaboration beer is a Berliner Weisse style ale with the addition of 150kg of raspberry puree during active fermentation. Luscious raspberry aroma and flavour with balanced, clean acidity. Collaboration with Left Handed Giant.

Draught @ [ LCBF 17 ], London Craft Beer Festival 2017, Shoreditch Electric Light Station, Coronet Street, Greater London, England N1 6HD. [ As Deya / Left Handed Giant Sticky Sticky Fingers ].Murky matt medium red colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, raspberry, sweet berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity - berry, raspberry, light berry tart - raspberry tart. On tap at Deya Taproom, Landsdown Industrial Estate, Cheltenham, Friday 25th August 2017 Really raspberry, tart, tangy but really raspberry., really quite dry finish, completely dries your mouth, but you get the feeling of raspberry jam (albeit no sugar) but you sense pips between your teeth even though there clearly arenโt any. This is a great beer really refreshing, really summery, really good. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Keg @ The Wolf, Birmingham. Pours a misty deep red, thin off-white ring for a head. Aroma has some prominent raspberry fruit. Decent berliner character, lightly tart with a crisp acidity.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy moderate yeasty aroma. Berries and mold in nice harmony. Moderate bitter acetic flavor. Moderate acetic average finish. Oily palate. Nice BW.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Havkney. Pours h clear, deep red with a small, fizzy white head. Juicy, tangy raspberry aroma, with nips of lemon as well. Light sweet flavour with brisk lent acidity, a little salt, fresh raspberry tartness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean and quenching in the finish, with more tart raspberry, hints of berry seed bitterness, more lemon, nice dryness. An outstanding tart, fruity quencher.

Tap at Deya Taproom. Pours opaque raspberry pink, small off white head dissipating slowly. Aroma is strongly of tart raspberries, a little wheaty. Taste of very tart raspberries; nice sourness to it, a little wheat, acidic. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation and mouthfeel.
