Cask at the Cock Tavern, Hackney on 15th July 2016. Deep copper with whitish shallow foam and spot lacing. Biscuity caramel malt aroma. Fine, sharpened citrus and herby hoppiness in-mouth. A bitter, grassy finish. Light-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask. Broadfield, Sheffield. Clear amber. Dense, off white head. Very fruity. Got some sour cherry to it. Plenty of grainy malt. Is this brewed using Rye? Taste is fairly bitter. Some sweetness. Lots of body. Finishes bitter, and a little spicy. Interesting. Not sure I’m overly keen, mind.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and light, mild fine carbonation. Smooth malts supports a pleasant fresh tangy orange with traces of lemon and grapefruit. A nice juicy superior bitter. Finishes light and smooth.

Cask handpull at The Craft Clerkenwell. Dark brown clear colour lasting beige head. Green apple UK bitter that isn’t very bitter. Some malt. Wow a throwback beer. Brown malty some green apple some bitterness on the finish. It’s a bitter. Simple but I quite liked it for being so backward

Ruby ale with a pleasant bitterness - a decent enough start for a new brewery.
