Bottle 56/600. Pours copper & clear, beige cap. Aroma: some dried fruits & caramel. Taste: moderate sweet, dry on the palate, light rich, boozy. Thin body, somewhat insipid. Maybe this hasn't lasted, I dunno.

Unclear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, dried fruit, alcohol - whisky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, wood, dried fruit, alcohol - bourbon - vanilla wood. Keg at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Tangy ripe fruits in the nose, light citrus, faint acetone, bread. Medium to heavy sweet flavor, with licks of toffee, hearty bread, vanilla, fruitcake - it tastes great. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly chewy. Warming, almost hot on the finish, with gooey sugars, caramel, toffee, ripe semi-dark fruits. Very good overall. I was quite impressed by this one.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours clear amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, juicy pine, resinous, vanilla, toasted coconut, fruit cake and tapioca. The taste is similarly bitter - sweet, oily, toffee, raisin, fruit cake, mild acidity, banana bread, spice, wood and warming alcohol boost through the finish. Medium - full body and moderate carbonation. A bit hot perhaps, but flavoursome nonetheless.
