Can. Very hazy yellow gold beer, good white head. Palate is smooth and has decent fine carbonation. Softish malts, a light creamy sweetness. A contrasting tangy bitterness in the mid, trace of aniseed. Nice generic fruits gradually segue in to more tropical fruits. A little yellow grapefruit. Light pine runs throughout. Tangy spicy finish. Nice one, very drinkable.

Can. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazed, dark gold. Shiny, dense, fully lacing, lasting, white head. Looks fantastic. Nose has barley sugar sweets. Steeped orange. Some sticking plaster like, medicinal notes. Taste is sticky, brown sugar sweet, with some baked citrus bitterness. Rich and sticky mouthfeel. Drinks easy. Any real bitterness comes on the finish, with rich, spicy, sticky citrus. Grew on me, this. Tasty gear.

440ml can. Hazy orange appearance, smooth off-white head. Aroma is strong ripe fruits, orange, marmalade, pine, malts. Taste is sweet, marmalade, orange, aniseed, pine, sugars, caramel, malts, moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice, quite different from every other DIPA I've had recently.

Keg at Eebria, 17/06/17. Hazed golden orange with a generous off white head. Nose is bitter tropical fruit esters, light spice, mango pulp, orange pith, straw. Taste comprises grapefruit, lychee, mellow spice, soft breads, mango. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness and a rising boost in the close. Decent enough DIPA action.

Keg at the Eebria taproom. Pours hazy golden orange with a creamy, white head. The nose holds juicy orang, light pine, tangerine. Medium sweet flavour with moderate piney bitterness, supportive bready sugars. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with moderate boozy warmth, some resinous pine, more pae bread, ripening citrus, especially orange and tangerine, and licks of mango. Solid DIPA.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Clouded orange with a thin head. Active in the palate, there’s a bitterness to finish.
