Quisimos experimentar con esta cerveza inspirada en la cultura y sabores japoneses. Utilizamos malta de cebada, arroz, una sola variedad de un lúpulo japones “Sorachi Ace” y fermentamos con levadura de sake. Su complejidad de aroma y sabor es gracias al prolongado tiempo de fermentación y maduración.
Destacan aromas a flores blancas como jazmín y flor de naranjo, retrogusto limpio y seco con un toque a maderado.

Bottle 0.355l from El Grifo, Tulum. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- apple, yeast, rice, herbal. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Bottle at the December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a clear pale orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light vanilla, light sweet malt notes. Pleasant, but quite mild.

A light blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light fruity esters, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Beer Boutique, 5to Barrio.

12oz bottle I brought back from CDMX, pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose is fusel, yeast, jade, starchy. Flavor has corn, jade, yeast. Sweet finish.

Bright , light amber, quite phenolic with some alcohol, actually not bad for a style I might never have enjoyed.

From a bottle at the Dec 7 RB gathering courtesy of solidfunk. Pours a clear pale orange with an off white head. Aromas are of mint and vanilla. Sweet malt flavors.
