Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clearish gold with a frothy white head. Nice pissy hop aroma. Moderate juicy citrus in the flavor, light sweetness, mellow rindy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter citrus rind finish, some pine needles. Tasty.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 10th September 2013. Hazy gold with off-white creamy lacing top. Intense and rich grassy hop aroma. Rich and intense grass in-mouth with touches of nuttiness and tangy citrus. Finish carries all flavours from the liquid to a graceful, satisfyingly bitter end. Gorgeous.

5th September 2013
Cock Tavern. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and very slightly soft. Just a smidge of fine carbonation. Semi dry. The Mosaic here show a quite a bit of skunk which dominates the more familiar tropical fruit flavours associated with this hop. Touches of mango and passion fruit. Finishes smooth and semi dry and fairly bitter.
