Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, touch of grain. Mild spice and light dry tangerine. Light dry fimish leaves a bitter linger. It's fine.

Gravity cask at the 2017 Cambridge Beer Festival. Glider, clear with a small white head. Soap, butter, limeade and malt in the confused aroma. Much better to taste than to smell: bittersweet and hoppy without ever losing the biscuity malt base. Key lime pie in the aroma, but alas also soap and butter. There’s a good beer lurking in here, but issues abound.
