Tap@Fermentoren, Brasserie Du Bas TTO - Getting lots of pineapple, grapefruit, some Stonefruit mango and peach in there as well, light hop spice, citrus rinds, medium sweet creamy malty mouthfeel and body, robust hoppy into the finish. Great stuff.

(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Pours quite hazy deep gold with a thick white head and excellent lace. Aroma is big notes of candied peaches, overripe mangos and lychees in syrup with light leafy accents, nice and sweet and juicy. The flavour follows pretty well, moderately sweet on balance with a surprisingly fruity and floral expression of Simcoe; peaches, lychees, some pineapple and mango, soft pine notes, smooth oaty malt with a touch of the cereals popping through, nice lychee vibes through the middle of the sip as it dries a bit, pine accents in the finish but very low bitterness, off dry to dry with a floral aftertaste. Medium-bodied, quite smooth creamy carbonation. Wow, I was not expecting this hop profile from a 100% Simcoe beer, but lately I feel like Bas-Canada is exceptionally good and coaxing the more floral tropical notes out of their hoppy beers.

Sergey's hunt, crowler
Cloudy blond colour. Soft mouthfeel, light body, very drinkable; interesting take on the Mosaic, it has the profile, but it's milder and more fruity.
Very good.

Crowler: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of smooth juicy hops notes with some mandarin and light tropical notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of mandarin and tropical hoppy juice notes with some light vanilla and residual sugar notes are also perceptible. Body is full with rich creamy texture and good carbonation. Another solid IIPA from a fine brewery with great level of complexity.

Cloudy golden-amber colour with a decent size, creamy-frothy head, good retention and bubbly lacing. Aromas of oranges, other citrus, light grassiness and sweet yeast. The taste shows nice Simcoe hops with the citrus notes. Silky mouthfeel, kind of smooth, creamy with a nice light dryness in the finish. Almost a milkshake IPA with its creaminess, smoothness and juiciness. Very drinkable.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.
