12 oz foiled and capped bottle from the cellar. Bottled 1/18/2018. Darker apple golden pour, with very little head, slightest red tint to the appearance. Tart red fruit, tons of red wine notes throughout, dry oak, very tart plum fruit. Belgian like funk is constant. Cool taste. Palate is red wine dominated, and lingers forever. Sour remains intense. Sharp tart, sourness 8/10. Fun brew. Sure wish I had notes on this one fresh to compare. Kinda cool to know this was bottled around the same time as my last visit to the brewery. Man I need to get back down there.

Bottle. Brass colored pour with a small white head that soon fades to a fine ring. The aroma is medium in strength with spiced apples, grapes, and barrel woods. The taste is mildly tart with mixed sour fruits, oak and yeast. The palate is full and a bit oily with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry. Overall; Very nice might buy again. Paired well with some aged gouda cheese.

Bottled on April 5th 2019.
First off,it's a foam monster. I bought a bottle previously and it gushed out leaving little to do a review with.
The appearance? Reminds me of many Belgian Ales...such a huge head of foam that takes forever to shrink. Lots of bubble action inside the reddish orange cloudy liquid. Lacing is impressive.
I get spices, the wine, big doses of the latter, but there's also another dominant aroma...Brett.
Wow! Spicy, fruity from the wine, Brett, being over a year old, I reckon that it didn't suffer from the aging? No alcohol taste but I can sure feel it after the swallow. Yikes, this is great!
Fairly light bodied with lively carbonation.
Poured again and there's that foam again!
Amazing beer and I will pick up more because I can!

On Tap Murky dark orange tan color with a thin quickly fading white head. Soft fruity light tart aroma. Sort of a muddy malty flavor and feel, and a mild tart pitted fruit flavor character. NIce finish, very little bitterness. Just a soft sweet/tart fruity trailer.
Earlier Rating: 5/20/2019 Total Score: 3.5
On Tap at the HandleBar, Boise Cloudy murky pinkish beige wtha foamy lasting off white head. Big barrel funky sour aroma. Surprisingly sweet fruity flavors. Some of the woody funkiness but not nearly as sour as I was expecting. Some acidic wney notes. Good flavors all around. Very interesting.

Pale purple and quite opaque. Has a mild tartness, light wood, vaguely berryish but kind of indistinct fruit, and overall it’s fairly sweet. Decent.

A hazed purple pink ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt loads of raspberry jam, Brett, woody notes and lactic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with raspberry, cranberry, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and smooth. On tap at Great Divide Brewhouse, DEN.
