Vous avez été nombreux à nous demander de refaire la version originale de HYPA. Nous avons donc décidé de prendre plusieurs éléments de HYPA version originale et de l’intégrer à la stylistique de la série avec une prédominance des houblons originaux soit le Mosaic et Cascade. Elle est bien fidèle aux autres HYPA avec une texture crémeuse et des arômes de fruits tropicaux. Cette deuxième version comprend les houblons Mosaic, Cascade, Citra et Motueka et avec un taux de 6.5%.

This is the only HYPA I missed in its initial release, so had to wait for this re-worked version. Added a touch of Citra and Motueka hops to the Mosaic and Cascade. The alcohol is now showing 6.5%. Hazy golden-orange colour with a white cap, good retention and nice full soapy lacing. Lots of tiny particles floating through. Citrus aromas with some orange juices coming out. A lot of the same for the flavours with a light dryness in the end. Tart left on the tongue. So, an easy-drinking juicy IPA with lighter orange juices and lemon zest. Glad I could try and rate.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus floral hops undertone with some mango notes and dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy floral hops undertones with some mango notes with light residual sugar notes and a dryer than expected finale. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA full of aromatics but a dry finish.

En Fut à la brasserie. Beaucoup d'agrumes au nez avec de la résine et du pamplemousse rose. De couleur doré / orangé, un peu trop floue, belle mousse crémeuse laissant des traces sur le verre. Entrée de bouche aux notes de houblonnage à cru, beaucoup d'agrumes: pamplemousse et orange. gazon léger; un peu de poivre. manque les éléments maltés. Bonne IPA. Tout à fait dans la tradition.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light resinous notes, nice and juicy. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, kiwi, beautiful. On tap at brewery.
