Hazy and a slightly dull pale, with a thin head. The aroma is floral, honeyish, with a heavy gin barrel influence. Tart, gin barrel is strong, floral, lemony body is actually somewhat light. This has good complexity, everything works well together.

750ml (thx to someone who sent it to me, lol) @ Sales Force. Appearance: cloudy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: gin barrel, herbs, lemony, some funk. Taste: prominent gin barrel, lemon, smoothed acidity. Overall: good one, especially for a gin barrel-aged one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the gin barrels, followed by light lacto, a little coriander, and gentle spiciness. Flavour is sharp, with plenty of citric acid, gin barrels, gentle acidity, and a touch of wild yeast. I'm usually not a big fan of gin barrels, but they work great here; lots of lemon, spicy gin, botanical, and lacto. Excellent.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Cloudy yellow with small white head. Gin barrel juniper forward with citrus tartness, feint mushroom, light floral notes in the background. Quite nice.

(750ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazed deep gold with a nice dense white head that fades slowly leaving a little lace. Aroma of complex lemon-like citrus but not straight-up lemon by any means, some peach, pale berries, juniper, herbs, some nice slightly mulchy funk and hay, smooth wood, soft lactic acidity, nice saline/umami edge to it as well. Flavour is moderately sour (lactic), again a nice mix of lemon and exotic pale citrus with tart peach/apricot, a little earthy wild berry quality, gin-type forest herbs, umami, nice helping of sea salt, soft wood, cereals are rather retiring. Finish is crisp, lightly citrus-acidic, smooth lemon zest and gin herbs with an earthy quality and good salinity. Fairly light body with fine fizzing carbonation. The gin barrel (Radoune I assume) adds a certain something without being overbearing, especially in the umami-saline vein though the adjuncts definitely pop up. Lovely blending, a coup from BG for sure.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of intense soru notes with some lemony notes. Taste is also a mix of lemony notes with some intense osur notes and some acidic notes also perceptible. Body is full with some good carbonation. Too sour for my taste buds which limits the amount of complexity that can be perceived.
