Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy pale blond color. The aroma is zesty, spicy, very perfumy. Thin and dry mouthfeel; the spicy character is evident, it’s a bit zesty, and it has a good Belgian character.
Very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose is quite wheaty, with ample citrus hops, some dankness, and a dry biscuity malt backing. Flavour is very fresh, with lots of fresh wheat, a little citrus and a touch of dry hopping. Clean, fresh and dry on the palate. Solid stuff.

Bottle: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt with some citrus notes and lightly sweet ester is very refreshing. Taste is also a nice mix between some light sweet undertones with wheat malt and light citrusy notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Refreshing and quite tasty with nice yeast strain.
