A Belgian-style pale that looks, smells and tastes like peach juice. Balanced, refreshing and madly moreish.

Keg at the brewery. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry and with decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, semi sweet. Some esters over mildly tangy citrus. A touch of lemon becomes spicy lemon sherbet, this really enlivens this beer. Light dry finish. Entertaining.

Keg at Affinity. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, soft, bready, clean, toasty grain, cereal and such like. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, clean, floury bread, cereal, lemon peel, lemongrass and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and easy drinking.

Keg at the London Brewers Market. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Crispy pale grain in the nose, wheat flakes, some lemon zest. Light sweet flavour with modest grassy bitterness, some sourdough bread, doughy wheat, citrusy accents. Light-medium bodied with average carbonation. Alright balance in the finish, some pale grains, further grass, wheat, stare, faint yeast, tangerine, lemon peel. Not bad.
