Cask at the 21st Egham Beer Festival. A pale straw pour with a thick white head; pleasant tropical fruit aroma; and a taste to match; then a dry grapefruit finish. Lots of character for such a low ABV.

Cask at Craft CG. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is fresh citrus, grapefruit, lemon, stinky pissy hops, dirty grass and bread. The taste is pretty bitter, bready malt, grapefruit rind, zesty lemon, soap , peppery and toasty grass with a dry, citric finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Quite punchy for a low-abv number. Decent.

Cask at the Townhouse, Ely. Light gold, flat, very little head. Floral aroma with notes of citrus and butter. Incredibly hop-fuelled bitter taste, with a papery dry finish that manages to be intense without being acrid. An amazing amount of flavour for the ABV, more flavour than most beers of mid-strength. Impressive.
