355ml Can.
Bright, grassy, herbal, slighty spicy, hints of funky brett notes.
Mouth feel is lively, carb is the same. Low to medium bitterness, lemon zest, citrus juice, wet grass, and minerals.

Cloudy, golden color and a nice white head. Yeasty, malty, earthy hops. Decent Herbst and Spikes. Dry.

355ml can that pours a very slight unfiltered with tiny transparent particles through it. Light golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention, leaving some thick foamy lacing. Citrus nose at first with a little banana-wheat action and mild peppery hops. The taste shows a little of the same with the sweetness being a little much, with the hops being fairly mild, not helping as much this richness. Gets hazier at the last pour. Definitely a classic Saison, a tad too sweet for my likings.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy blond color. Pungent spicy aroma, some flowers, some vegetables. Dry mouthfeel, dry spicy yeast character, leading to some astringency in the final and vegetable bitterness.
Unbalanced, messy, not exciting.

Hazy and pale. No thin. Really yeasty on the nose. Light estery, hint of bubblegum, fairly yeasty. So on the palate, not all that great.

355mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, saison yeast, and some fruity esters. Flavour brings out saison yeast, light fruity esters and cereal notes. Actually fairly authentic for a North American saison. Not overly complex, but it's quite nicely constructed. Decent stuff.

A slightly cloudy gold with a wheat sweet and spicy aroma. Light bodied and dry. The taste gives you chewey oats, spicy rye and sweet wheat. Kind of on the simple side flavor wise but alright. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazed golden blonde saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, banana esters, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of cloves, banana esters, light talcum, flowers, very nice. On tap at brewery.
