As the leaves keep falling and the weather gets colder, and we've created the perfect beer to counter the chill.
Originally brewed for the Borefts Beer Festival, All The Leaves Are Brown is a seasonal Brown Ale brewed to imperial strength and laced with maple syrup. Pour it into a glass and you'll be treated to a wonderful aroma of caramel and treacle, and on first sip you'll get both mixed with a rich, malty sweetness, maple syrup and full, sticky mouthfeel.

On tap at Kufle i Kapsle in Warsaw. Black pour with a beige lacing. Nose: it’s the closest aroma to a French sweet-led perfume. So much maple, pancake, lovely nutty cake. Mouth: again...nuts, tart nuts skin, bitter which I appreciate in such a sweet-led beer. Sharp finish. Good one.

Keg at Brewdog, Doghouse, Merchant City, Glasgow, Sunday 11th February 2018 in the company of Nick and Anna. Incredible aroma, lots of dark treacle, really rich. Very dark brown with thin rim of beige creamy bubbles. A very thick in the mouth beer, but this is a beast, dark treacle, very sweet, but glorious. Loz says that she would like this on the Ice Cream, I agree. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 23 Nov 2017) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, treacle, maple syrup, vanilla and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, caramel, maple syrup, treacle, vanilla, roasted nuts, a touch of peanut butter and a mild cacao bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Interesting and very tasty beer, with lots of nuts and treacle. Surprisingly balanced for its strength. Great beer.
