Keg at the brewery tap, 04/12/15. Clear crimson with a moderate off White covering. Nose is raspberry pips, pukey waft, red berry zip, more sickly notes. Taste comprises tarte raspberry, funk, strawberry jelly, none of the vomit from the nose, lemon peel, light wood, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light puckerings. Decent enough Linner but the nose lets this one down for me.

Perhaps a touch acidic, but good fun.

Sample on tap at What’s Brewing BF, Stavanger. Pinkish colour. Aroma and flavour of tart raspberries, otherwise lemony. Berliner Weisse is probably the world’s most overrated beer style, but this one was not too bad.
