Cask at Orange Tree in Chelmsford. Barman's recommendation. Clear deep bright amber color, thin off white head. Aroma of toffee and toasted caramel. Taste is burnt bitter peppery creme brulee. Very tasty

25/5/2019. Cask at the 14th Annual Beer Festival at the Trimley Sport & Social Club. Pours mid brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, toffee, chocolate, hops, dark fruit, nut and rye. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Light spicy finish. Not bad.
