Bottle that Jim got at London Beer Lab & shared- cheers! Golden amber with a lasting white head. Pine, lemon and bread are overwhelmed by a heavy-handed, harsh bitterness. Poor APA.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers Market. Pours perfectly clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a moderate foamy white head. The aroma holds lightly baked pale malts, subtle grass, citric hops. Light sweet flavor with biscuity pale malts, aggressive grassy bitterness, mild astringency, lemon rind, faint plastic. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with somewhat harsh bitterness, grassy and a little woody, with notes of plastic, hay, rind, only subtle pale malt sugars to offset. It doesn’t all come together.
