Draught @ Himmeriget, Aaboulevard 27, DK-1960 Copenhagen N, Denmark. [ As Jolly Pumpkin Dandelion Rhubarb ].Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, rhubarb, tart, herbal, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, herbs, floral, rhubarb, dandelino - floral - earthy, citrud notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170309] 7-3-7-3-15

Draught at Himmeriget, Cph. Hazy, golden-amber colour with a small, white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, rhubarb and a herbal spiciness. Taste is lightly sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and tart with rhubarbs and yeasty notes. Nice, more tart Saison.

From tap. Pours cloudy to hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy rhubarb. Light earthy, estery to phenolic. Rhubarb. Citric. Mild grainy. Toasted malt. Medium dry and citric fruity into the finish. Lingering fruity finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, lemons, and rhubarb. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brett and and rhubarb, leading to a tart finish.

Keg at Sirens 2nd birthday bash, 07/03/15. Clear golden orange with a solid off white cap. Nose is funk, straw, floral notes, citric rind, orange. Taste comprises floral notes, citric peel, shades of rhubarb and red fruit pulp, tarte peach, spice, light farmyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison.

Keg at the Siren 2nd birthday. Bright golden coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is mineral, floral, straw grains, light tart,. Flavour is straw grains light lemon citrus, straw, quire refreshing, earthy grains. Palate is light and crisp refreshing with a highish carbonation. Mineral.

On tap at Siren, Brewery 2nd Anniversary Event, Finchampstead, Saturday 7th March 2015 Golden in colour with not too much of a head. Loz was disappointed as she couldn’t get the rhubarb, I couldn’t either in fact unless dandelion tastes like lemon which I don’t think it does, so I didn’t get the dandelion either. Colin somewhat amusingly pointed out when asked what dandelion tastes like, that it’s like burdock. So a tart slightly funky lemon sour is all I get here. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

Keg at Siren. It pours lightly hazy with a tiny white headquarters. The nose is bitter-sweet, straw, grainy, rhubarb & custard, creme brulee and rich tea biscuit. The taste is crisp, tart, floral, dandelion, minerals, straw, grainy, light funk, earth, soft fruit and light creaminess with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty interesting stuff. nice tart element to it

Keg at the siren Maiden party. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Interesting aroma, some apple, citrus, flowers and botanicals. Light sweet flavor with some grass, flowers, tangerine, apple, light wood. Medium bodied with average carbonation. More florals on the finish, slight grassy bitterness, mellow funk. Tasty, novel.
