Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Saison yeast aroma with some hop. Good tropical fruit flavour. Oranges and mangoes and passionfruit. More tropical fruit juice than a saison. Some more saison character on the finish. Pretty good fruit.

On tap at the brewery poured a hazy neon yellow with some faint, white head. Nose has perfume, honey, white pepper, yeast, some tropical fruit, melon. Flavor is a touch harsh with the esters, raw honeydew, guava, lemon, white grape. Finishes full bodied.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Zesty citrus in the nose, some yeast, hints of citric tartness, straw. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate grassy bitterness, crisp wheat and sourdough bread, mild tangy lemon, straw, rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, well balanced. Solid.

Keg at BBNo. It pours crazy cloudy with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, zingy citrus, lemon, peach, nougat, cereal, bread and hay. the taste is crisp, dry, smooth, cereal, nougat, orangey, grapefruit, apricot, bready, grassy, minerals, straw and hay with a soft finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable saison.

Keg at the brewery. A clouded golden coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is dry wheat, crisp, wheat, mellow clean saison yeast, dusty citrus, grassy citrus hop, lemongrass. Flavour is composed of dry wheat, little hay, grassy hop, clean saison yeast character. Palate is crisp refreshing, little chalky, highish carbonation. Crisp and dry finish. Really nice and balanced. Very nice.
