Û baccarossa è una IGA con 10% di uva Centesimino del vignaiolo naturale Ancarani. Il mosto è stato sottoposto ad un ambiente fermentativo spontaneo proveniente dagli acini, oltre ad un inoculo di brettanomyces, per poi affinare per 6/7 mesi in botte con le bucce in macerazione.
Ne risulta una birra di colore rubino, con note intense di frutta rossa e corpo percepibile senza rinunciare a una presenza fresca, funky e speziata, il tutto arricchito dalla complessità conferita dal legno.

0,15l from tap at BXLBeerfest. redish color, small white head. smells berry notes, marzipan, bit earthy. very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, spices, peppery, berry notes, red grapes, bit lactic, cherry notes, marzipan. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, marizpan and light spices. very nice one 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy reddish orange beer. Aroma of beetroot, red berries, brett. Taste of brett, tart red grapes, apples, beetroot.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Low pink rosé, little head. Nose is nail polish, weird with sweet barrel. Too nail polish glue, pain, thin lemon, varnish, not a success.

Pretty cloudy orange to red beer, no head. Aroma: dirty, funky, bit chemical, pretty unpleasant. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic, chemical, unpleasant, some tannins, bitter, metallic. Aftertaste: very sourish, don't like it, too much vinegar, little fruity.
