Can on 6th December 2025 from One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood. Pours a hazy amber with shallow, yellowy white foam and spot lacing. Zesty citrus peel in aroma. A good malt and plenty of zest and fruitiness in- mouth. Plenty of hoppiness and fruity maltiness to finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma is quite resinous, orange, grapefruit, some pine. Taste is resinous, piney, orange, grapefruit, marmalade, a little caramel and biscuit malt, good bitterness. Medium bodied.
Glad this got a rebrew as I missed it first time round, was never a big fan of Pale Fire but this amped up version of it is actually great.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, apricot and grass. Flavour of pineapple, watermelon and lemon. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is truly excellent; one of the best west coast IPAs I’ve tried in the last few years. I enjoy watching Craft Beer Channel, and Brad and Jonny certainly know enough about world class beers to help to brew one.
