Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Beer Festival 2024, Nottingham (England). 12/10/2024 [#7.956 Global - #1.017 England - #5 Black Iris] Pours amber with a white head. Mostly lacing. Aroma: white grapes, lychee and ripe stoned fruits. Taste: riped stoned fruits and a bit herbal hops. Nelson Sauvin represents, if a bit subtle. Next one, please!

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 19 May 2023) Amber colour with brief, frothy head. Fruity, hoppy nose with dried fruit, citrus, grapefruit and resin. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, apricots, resin and a balanced herbal/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, with a generous hop character. Very nice.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy head. It’s well hopped, hiding its strength to an extent. There’s also a light fruitiness evident.
