A classic American Pale Ale brewed using a combination of very pale malts and American hops. Vibrant, refreshing and zesty on the nose, with citrus notes and a dry finish on the palate. A beer for hop lovers. Unfined, naturally hazy, and suitable for vegans.

Keg at The Hand in Glove, Worcester, Saturday 7th May 2016 Pours hazy mid gold, a filmy head sits atop. A little bit of lemon, middling maltiness, a furriness across the roof of the mouth. It’s nice. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Can at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Relaxed pithy citrus on the nose, with undertones of dried pale malts. Light sweet flavour with understated piney notes, pale bread, pith, faint minerality. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and crisp on the finish, nicely balanced, with further pithy citrus, lemon rind, grapefruit. A very drinkable, good all around APA. Quite moreish. (27 January 2016, score: 3.7)
Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers! Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Pithy citrus in the nose. Light sweet flavour, fairly bitter, with minerals, pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry and pithy on the finish, with grassy bitterness, flinty minerals. Just so so. (August 2015, score: 3.1)

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre - GBBF tasting 2015. It pours hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, oily, lemon, oily orange, bergamot, soapy and grapefruit. The taste is bitter, waxy citrus peel, oily orange, bergamot, grapefruit rind and soap with a dry, citrusy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation, I sort of like it, but it is a touch waxy & soapy. Alright.
