That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Thanks to Paul. Very hazy paleish gold beer, massive pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has nice fine carbonation. Elderflower and white grape. Mild peppery spice. Touch of thin malt cream. Light finish, peppery linger. Yeah - not bad.

Bottle shared at Kenny’s 20k tasting in London. Many thanks to Paul/Andy for this saison. Pours unclear yellow with a thick, creamy white head. Wispy aroma, with touches of lemon peel, light saison yeast, pale dough. Light sweet flavor, very dry, with notes of rindy citrus, dried dough, white bread, dried citrus fruits. Light in body with average carbonation. Drying in the finish, lightly funky, with hints of farmyard, more citrus rind, yeast. Gold stuff.
