Draft at the brewery taproom during the London Bimble. Pours rich gold with a sturdy white head. Nice yeast character in the nose, nips of pale bread, citrus. Medium sweet flavor with a touch of earthy bitterness, phenols, some citrus rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. There’s a little more earthy bitterness on the finish, some grass, citrus fruits. Great balance. Very solid.

Keg at the Redchurch brewery during the London Bimble 26/04/2014. Bright golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is berry, sweet, moderate belgian yeast phenols. Flavour is earthy spicy, berry hops with some orange zing. Assertivce grassy lemon, earthy hop bitterness. Tasty.

Keg at Redchurch. London Bimble. It pours hazy deep orange-amber with a small white head. The nose is orange peel, earth, juicy apricot, spice, mango and a touch of Irn Bru. The taste is bitter-sweet, orange, tangerine, sherbet, earth, spice and sticky grapefruit with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty well-rounded and drinkable given the abv.

Keg @ Redchurch Brewery as part of the London Hickster Bimble. Cloudy dark gold with a delectable creamy head. Aroma of banana, cream top milk and cinnamon. Sweet taste with bitter edges. Nice clean refreshing finish. 7.5%?? I could drink this all day (although I probably shouldn’t).
