[On tap at the brewery.] A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; grainy aroma; soft bready body, with a sharp grainy sourness; and a tart finish with a touch of unripe apple. Excellent.

Tap East Collab Fest. Cask. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with good fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, nice light sweetish wheaty character. Good orangey hop backed my a little orange peel. Hop spice. A vague notion of something else spicy. Light finish. Peel bitter linger. Decent.

Cask at Tap East. It pours cloudy dirty blonde with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, apricot, mango, nectarine, earth, dough and farmyard. The taste is bitter, doughy, earthy, zesty orange, passion fruit, grass, wood and pepper with a dry, zesty finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. I was hoping for a bit more refinement, but it was still pretty nice.
