Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with bready, toasted malts, yeast, caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more sugary caramel, bready malts. Tasty, easygoing.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 1, 02/08/22. Where else does one fine a Scottish Ale in London at this time of the year! Amber pour with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is brown breads, herb, biscuit, floral touch. Taste comprises dusty fruits, light spice, baking powder, toffee, biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough for the style.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness, some caramel. Light pine. Good ripe fruits on the back end and some surprising hop spice. Tasty Scottish serving.
