Can from the internet. It pours clear pale yellow - blonde with a sturdy white head. The aroma is sweet, hearty bready vibes, herbal, lemon verbena, minty and rich tea biscuits. The taste is firmly dry, quite clean, bitter - sweet, doughy white bread, biscuit, sponge cake, grassy, peppery spice, herbal, waxy citrus peel, floral, mint and verbena with a dry, herbal finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Works well.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a big, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with a lovely, fresh bready and biscuity character, nips of bitter straw, sourdough, pizza crust. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, further fresh bread, background bitterness, biscuits, yeast, subtle floral notes. Just great, well rounded and hugely drinkable beer.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Very light haze on a vibrant yellow gold. Sturdy and nicely thick, lasting, well lacing, bright white foam. Nose has light spicy malt. Some sourness. Bread dough. Bread crust. Hops come across as fresh, leafy, grassy and herbal. Taste has a malt sweetness with a moderate spicy, nettle leaf like bitterness. Smooth and super easy drinking with massaging carbonation. Bitterness builds by the finish and is herbal and leafy. Litre steins of this would be no problem.
