Cask (gravity) @ Tap East Pub & Brewery, The Great Eastern Market, Westfield Stratford City, Stratford, Greater London, England E20 1ET. [ As Ilkley Damn Good Threshing ].Unclear matt medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet fruit, pale malt, sweet malt, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150731]

Tap East Collab Fest. Cask. Hazy gold beer, residual off white head. Smooth palate, very modest fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts. Mild floralness and modest ripe citrus. Light finish. Shabby and sluggish, expect better from Ilkley.

Cask at Tap East. Cloudy gold orange no head. Rather a dull beer. Some citrus some peach. Some dryness. Just not a lot of character. Some cereal. Some citrus hop. Straw.

Cask at Tap East - London. The nose has some pale bread, vague citrus, hints of grain and plastic. Light-medium sweet flavorbwith some rindy bitterness, a bit of oily grass, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A little grassy to finish, some further pale bread. So so.

Cask at tap east. During the Yorkshire open brew house beer fest. Hazed golden, no head. Bit dull. Aroma is fairly dull grainy, spicy hop, hedgerow. Little solvent on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of dirty grains, grape, spicy Hoo, little dirty. Palate is light grainy. Moderate carbonation. meh.

Cask at Tap East. Thanks Lorna! It pours cloudy golden with a tiny white head. The nose is papaya, guava, watermelon, light citrus, wheat, cereal and grain. The taste is crisp, bitter, citrus peel, guava, papaya, oily, pepper grainy, wheat, cereal and dough with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit dry....too dry finish.
