Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Burning Sky online. Pours very slightly hazed orange-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with subdued acidity, nice oak, mild vanilla, lemony accents, soft grassy bitterness and woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. Quite well balanced in the finish, more relaxed acidity, drying oak, citrus, grass, moderate funk. Great depth, great drinkability.

Magnum on Xmas day! Into the BS pint glass. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, bright, granny smith apple, zingy citrus, barnyard, juicy fruits, hay, straw, gummy bears and stone fruits. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, tangy, puckering, zingy, deep funk, lemon - lime, grapefruit, light acidity, bircher museli, oak, hay, straw, sherbet, fizzy candy, wet grass, doughy bread, deep mouldy basement and a touch of spice with a zingy, funky finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Lovely balance and depth. So damn tasty.
