Rubia con espuma de color blanco, duración media. Aroma floral, con leves notas a cáscara de naranja. Sabor con ligera acidez, notas florales, algo especiada y herbal. Final suave, con leve acidez.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Pale amber colour, hazy, with creamy off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with apricots, citrus, hay and some brett. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, rhubarb, apricots, spicy yeast and a fairly low bitterness in a spicy and slightly tart finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Spicy and tasty. Nice one.

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Golden pour, slightly cloudy and with a finger width of thick foam. Nose is a bit tart, some grass and saison spices. Good funky overall feel there, getting also some Brett. Tastes nicely tart and fruity, barnyard is strong, rhubarb if you will. Grassy finish with a touch of bitterness. Nice one, only mildly tart, full on funky.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Thanks to anstei! BBE 2020 Match. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, spices, some yeast, dryness, Belgian and malts. Good very interesting saison.

At CBFZ 2018. Pours unclear golden amber. Aroma is rhubarb, golden wheat fields, fruity and herbal, barrel funk. Body is medium, with a strong carbonation, still fruity, sour and tart yet not overdone. Still rhubarb, more herbs, quite bitter, but malty enough to not fall over. Good.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet plaisant laissant pas mal d'effluves de rhubarbe, funk et acidité avec une petite compensation de céréales et grains en rétro-nasal. Palais est malté, fin cara pils voire pâle avec une note rhubarbe plaisante qui ajoute une dimension acidulée.

8 3 8 4 16Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of rhubarb, funk, citrus and brett. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Golden citrus, small white head. Lovely rhubarb, lemon, citrus, lots of rhubarb. Lemon rhubarb, nice juicy rhubarb, low funk, way better,…. Lemon. Way better than previous version.

Little hazy blond to orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, acidic impressions, weird, some puke, funky, rhubarb, little chemical? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little bitter, weird, sourish, definitely rhubarb, bit malty, nice acidity. Aftertaste: pretty sourish, fruity, yeast, bit acidic, decent one! More a sour than a saison, though...
