Roast and big coffee smell. Pours black with big mocha head. Dulce de Leche is pretty light and well integrated. Soft carbonation. Pretty bitter end. Great balance.

Draft: Poured a pitch-black stout with a medium size brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of roasted coffee notes with some light sweet notes form the dulce. Taste is also a mix of strong coffee notes with some black chocolate notes offset by some residual sugar from the dulce. Body is a bit thin for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable coffee stout with body in thinner body than in the regular version.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light caramel, vanilla, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, alcohol warmth, light nutty notes, pleasant. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Thanks Brian, really balanced, coffee, roasty chocolate, sweet caramel. No bitterness, well crafted. This would be awesome in a bourbon barrel.

Poured from 341mL bottle (bottled 2022-02-24). Black with small beige head. Bitter dark chocolate and coffee with a feint hint of burnt caramel. Thought it would have had a much sweeter caramel flavour, but it's fairly subtle.

341mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted coffee, a touch of caramel, and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is on the dry side, with bitter dry medium roast coffee, and a hint of very dry caramel. Quite a bitter finish, but the roastiness is nice. I expected much more caramel from this, but I don't mind its absence. Just seems like a bitter, dry, slightly caramelized Péché version. Very good.

4-pack from their Collection 2022, pouring a dark brown colour with ruby highlights. The head is big, light mocha-coloured, frothy, slightly creamy with good retention and some slick lacing. Aromas of creamy camarel over the coffee notes and roasted malt base. The taste shows the Dulce de Leche shine over the coffee, before getting a big bitter kick with the hop dryness. This lingers with grassiness, and the coffee bitterness. Was expecting sweet with the caramalized milk dessert, but just a nice touch on this killer beer.

341 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate tan head. Aromas of sweetened chocolate, mocha, and roasted malts. Mostly sugary chocolate... Flavors of sweet coffee, chocolate, a bit of icing sugar, and dry roasted malts. Good sweet variant, very much like coffee with sugar and no cream.
