330ml bottle from Summer Wine online. Hazy straw colour, foam white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of lemon, banana, yeast. Taste is wheaty with citrus peel, banana, coriander, spice, yeast, light bitter. Thin, spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, medium carbonation, light spicy finish. Quite OK.

Shared bottle at Midlands Tasting on 24th Aug 2014. I thought this was a Witbier with a Saison like lean in it’s make up. Poured a hazy yellow with a thin white wisp on top. The nose had a citrus aroma, with mild spiciness hints. Taste wise it was more spicy with a semi-sweet lemon flavour on a bed of light maltiness. Different and interesting.

Bottle at home in London with the missus. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Somewhat crisp but doughy wheat bread on the nose, mellow lemon zest, faint yeast. Medium sweet flavor with mild lemony tang, hay, some doughy wheat bread. Light to medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sugary, with further wheat and cereal, minimal bitterness, citrus tang, light grain. So so.

Keg @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clouded blond-yellow with a light crisp wit texture and a very thin head. Has a sweet fruit nose but maintains a drier more established Belgian taste.
