Sharing this bottle yesterday with Karina and Mariela. For me, I had a great experience with this beverage, good and subtle sour beer with a greal Belgian touch, subtle notes of cherry, oak, barrel, red grapes with smooth tanins, nuts, sourness, oh yes!!! 12.02.2022, at Epalinges.

Shared bottle @ Eldorado, Zurich. Murky amber body with a small beige head. Aroma is funky, ripe fruity, wood, leather, sour berries, vinegar and hint of acetone. Almost a bit unpleasant in aroma, but it opens up with some air and feels a lot better when starting to drink. Flavor is complex, sweet brown malt in combination with acidic vinegar, wood, dry fruit, ripe fruit, cellar notes and spices. Fine body and long lasting, tart aftertaste.

Draft. Mahogany beer with a light tan head. Tart and light dark fruit aroma. Sour and dark fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with dark fruit and light oak.
A red copper brown ale with a very thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, alcohol warmth, plums, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, light cork, light buttery notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at St Bock.

Draught at Threes: pours dark amber with small beige head. Aroma is liquor, but not alcohol, sort of oxidized barley wine notes, rich red wine, wood. Taste is sour, not too acidic, woody, earthy, grapey. Intense taste. Not something I would really crave regularly.
