Bottled. Crystal clear amber body with a nice, dense off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some toasted notes and mild floral tones. Flavour is rather similar to the elements in the aroma, but also has some wooden notes. Easy going and more to the boring side of things.

Aus der Flasche 2015-08 getrunken. Verdammt leckeres kupferfarbenes Bier im Stile eines kräftigen englischen Bitter mit einer leckeren Getreide-Honignote ohne aber Süß daherzukommen.

Medium offwhite head. Clear brown body with light carbonation and some sediment floating. Caramelly butterscotch aroma with spicy vanilla notes. Sweetish earthy caramelly butterscotch taste with spicy notes. Mid-to-full body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Sweetish butterscotch and cinnamon aftertaste with caramelly vanilla notes. Nice, drinkable, full of flavour. Technically, this beer could be described as massively flawed from the diacetyl, but I like it. (0.5l bottle, from Salling, Aarhus.)

KØLF 180316. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is apple, malt, caramel. Flavour is apple, roasted malt, caramel, grain, bread. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

500 ml bottle. Chrystal clear amber body with a nice, dense, off-white head. Aroma is mostly mild caramel with a hint of toast. Flavor is pretty neutral caramel malt with low bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Mostly boring.

50 cl bottle poured in to a Snifter. On sale at Super Brugsen. BBF April .’16. Hazy, golden colour with an amber tint. A thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, bread, floral notes and toffee. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with caramel malts and fruity-spicy hints. Okay-ish.

Flaske fra Superbrugsen Nørrebro, i leijligheden: rødlig gylden med flot hvidt skum der varer. Maltaroma og smag af flødekaramel med noter af blomster og søde kiks. Smager indledningsvis ret godt, men bliver derefter en smule kedelig.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark reddish brown with large offwhite head. Aroma is ripe apple, malt, caramel, brown sugar, fudge and hints of gravy. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of ripe fruit, malt syrup, sweet licorice, anise and hints of chalk.
