0.5l bottle from #003. This is one of those really hoppy smelling grocery strength beers! Like that. In the glass it's cloudy and deep orange, even a little copper with a nice big lasting and lacing off-white head. Lots of punchy hops, grassy fresh hops on the nose. Resin and pine. Really nice nose. Tastes pretty darn nice also. You sure this is only 4.7? Tastes more like a 6 percent. Fresh green pine cones, a good malt sweetness to back it up. Caramel, and traces of something slightly roasted in the finish. One you can drink lots of - and I will.. Fresh and delicious. My girlfriend's wake up, sleeping on the couch commenting how good this smelled.. 31.10.2014

500ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Murky brown colour, moderate off-white head. Decent aroma of piney and grapefruity American hops. Dry flavour, thin body, but loads of resinous bittering hops, also notes of grapefruit.

500 ml bottle. Murky orange with a big, creamy off-white head, slow gusher. Aroma is citric fruity with pine and caramel malt. Flavor is medium sweet malt, some caramel, hint of dry fruit (not necessary raisins) balanced bitterness, citric fruit and some pine. Medium body and malty, fruity bitter aftertaste. Refreshing, not bad at all. I was expecting some kind of infection or at least acidity based on the murky look and gushing, it really doesn’t look very nice at all, it’s just not unclear, it’s more like dirty dish wash water. Bit nothing of this affects the flavor so far.
