Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Dave, 17/04/18. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is sweet malts, bread dough, caramel, mellow barrel notes, straw. Taste comprises caramel, toasted grains, grass, light booze, orange peel, airy malts, sweet fruit esters, corn, cereals, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid for the style and weighs in below the ABV.

Bottle at home from Offie & Toffee. A good pour with a reasonable head and a rich sweetness to the nose. The taste was a luxurious sweetness of vanilla and oak alongside the heat of the alcohol. The mouthfeel was warming and unctuous with a burn from the alcohol. This was drunk alongside some rich creamy cheese and it worked perfectly, much in the same way as a sauternes, marrying together in exquisite harmony. Very strong, but very nice. A fine way to mark 700.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours clear clear, bright yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds biscuits, lager malts, ripe lemons, straw. Medium sweet flavour with a bit of booze, golden rains, woody dryness, bread. Meidum to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, some further wood, alcohol, peach, ripe citrus. Fun one.

Bottle at Columbus, thanks to Dave. It pours clear yellow with a thick foamy white head. The aroma is crisp, bright, straw, cereal, perfumed, bit of spice, herbal accents, aloe vera, wood and vanilla. The taste is crisp, dry, grassy, floury white bread, soda water, lemon rind, high boost alcohol, pva glue, spice and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit harsh in areas.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Mellow creamy bourbon on the nose. Crisp palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, nice light sweetness. Decent smooth brandy, tangy and fruity. Slightly limey in the mid, slightly savoury too. I would have guessed Tequila barrel but apparently not. This edition is Cognac, Armangac and Chardonnay BA. Some rummy fruits, well buried. Light tangy fruity finish. It's very smooth and well joined up. Drank the whole bottle and promptly fell asleep. Great stuff.
