Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 03/04/14. Very lightly hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting. Nose is biscuit, bready, light caramel, a little on the thin side. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, straw, earthy tones. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close, So so easy drinking bitter but lacks a bit of depth/flavour, a whelming number for sure!

Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The nose is brown bread, toasty, earth, light orange and spice. The taste is toasted brown bread, light caramel, decent bitterness, soapy grapefruit, lemon and leather with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Alright bitter, but far from Brighton Bier’s best.
