Bottle at Epic Sour Tasting 2014 courtesy of somebody, thanks! Hazy yellow color, medium white head. Nice aroma of lemon pepper. Taste is softly sour and easy to drink, not very complex.

Bottle shared at the RBESG ’14, Grander Tasting @ Moncada, 09/08/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is straw, lemon rind, spice, pale malt notes, pretty basic. Taste comprises tangy citric peel, light wood tones, bitter orange, yeast esters, bready tones. Medium body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but lacks any real depth.

Bottle at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, musty barnyard, sweet grain, dusty basement and cobwebs. The taste is crisp, tart, lemon peel, sherbet, mild acidity, dry tartness, limeade, some acidity, dusty basement and barnyard with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, tart and rather tasty.

750 c&c from Whole Foods in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma suggests lightly sour apple to me. Med body. Flavor is indeed sour. It’s fruity and citrus and sour. Pretty nice sour. Don’t get brett tho. Doesn’t seem lactic either. Finishing citrus sour. Good drink.

Pours pear into a tulip. Head crackles and quickly recedes to nothing. Grapefruit aromas. Soft with sweet/sour summer fruit and mild marshmallow front to back. Dry medium length grapefruit finish.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some spitty, white head. Nose of tropical fruit, papaya, malt, candy sugar, white grape. Flavor is sweet and fruity, starfruit, papaya, candy, some pepper, a little acetic acid. Full bodied finish.
