Bottle from Cornelius. Clear golden body with a medium off-white head. Average carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of metal, yeast and sour apples. Tart, sour flavour - apples, lemon and lime. Slightly spicy. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. I like it, but it tastes a bit sharp and unbalanced. This is one to revisit in a few months.

Bottle from Good Taste, Palace. It pours clear golden amber with a thick off-white head. The nose is sweet....banana, pear, melon, spice, citrus peel, wood and toast. The taste is crisp, orange, lemon peel, spice, earth, good deal of bitterness, metallic twang, pear and some alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A solid brew, but I prefer the regular I think...

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 21 Feb 2014) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, orange peel and apricots. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange peel, apricots, rye bread, spicy hints of yeast and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made with a certain Belgian yeast character. Nice one.

Keg at the Pint Pot, Peashill, Cambridge, Tuesday 17th December 2013 Pours amber a little hazy, foamy fast disappearing white head. Yeasty nose with a little sweet honey roasted root veg such as sweet parsnip. Hoppy in mouth with a bite but also softens, yeasty & hoppy. Bitterness lingers, fresh but also spicey, tastes stronger than 5 5%. Good but Tiny Rebel do better. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
