According to my own stats I sampled 57 new beers during the mini-break I took the last four days (plus a few already hads too) - so I've resisted the urge to leave the house and taking it easy with this one from the cellar this evening. Very golden with a glow, nice carbonation. This hop comes across a little gritty and bready in taste.

Cork and caged 75cl bottle, shared with my son Ben on 28th January 2025. Poured into two GBBF glasses (2009), bright and clean deep golden body, decent white crown on each. Belgian yeasty aroma and initial taste, herbal, spicey and very drinkable. This is a really good blonde in all aspects.

Bottle on offer. Nose is spicy, grain, herbal, straw, yeast. Taste is spicy, medicinal, fruity yeast, grapefruit pith, slight vanilla and honey.
Nice but a little to acidic in the bitterness

75cl bottle from Sainsbury's and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Attractive aroma of yeast and hops. Some yeast esters giving peach and apricot. Then some light tropical fruits from the hops. Decent enough. Not sure the melange of fruit flavours are totally harmonious. But its OK.

[75cl bottle from my local Sainsbury’s.] A golden amber pour with a tight white head; tropical fruit aroma with a little yeast; yeasty taste to start, then smooth and fruity with lemon, grapefruit and mango; followed by a dry finish with a touch of spice. A rather good Belgian blonde style beer.
